Visit the onsite registration desk at the expo to receive a replacement badge. A photo I.D. will be required. All replacement badges will incur a $50 replacement fee. There is no charge for address or session changes when all badge credentials are returned at the time of change.

Spouses can register as a regular attendee through the online attendee registration page.
Young children attending in strollers or being carried by an adult are FREE. Children under the age of 16 and walking the show floor with an adult, will need to be registered and will be issued a free badge.
NOTE: You can go to on-site attendee registration counter to register children at the show. If they are walking, they will need to be badged.
Sign in to your event dashboard by clicking the sign in button on the upper right hand corner of the website. You will be asked for your login information or ecode. Once you enter this information, you will be able to view your MyEvent dashboard.
The attendee MyEvent dashboard houses your expo attendance and registration information. Connect with exhibitors, plan your expo experience and view your exhibitor matches, all in your MyEvent dashboard. To login to your MyEvent dashboard, choose the sign in button on the upper right corner of the show website.
Your attendee ecode is located on your registration confirmation. It is your RegID number listed under your bar code. You may also log in using your registration email and password setup during the registration process.
If you have misplaced your ecode, please select the forgot password or forgot ecode from the sign in prompt.

No. For security measures, new badges need to be obtained every year.
The attire is business casual for all events. Please be comfortable. Suits and ties are not necessary unless you plan to dine formally. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket as the exhibit hall and the meeting room temperatures may vary.
Photography is not permitted in the exhibit hall without prior approval by show management or the exhibitor whose booth is being photographed.

There will also be a food court available in the lobby of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
